Open the Ecamm app
Launch the Ecamm Live application on your Mac.

Open Preferences
Click 'Ecamm' in the top macOS menu bar, then select 'Preferences' from the dropdown menu.

Go to the Account tab
In the Preferences window, click on the 'Account' tab.

Click Manage Billing
Click the 'Manage Billing' button to open the billing portal.

Cancel Subscription
Click 'Cancel Subscription' to initiate the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
