Review your contract terms
Before canceling, check your signed agreement or order form for the contract end date. H2O.ai subscriptions auto-renew annually and require written notice at least 60 days before expiration to stop renewal. Missing this window means you are liable for the full next term.
Log in to the support portal
Go to https://support.h2o.ai/support/home and sign in with your H2O.ai account credentials. If you do not have a portal account, use the 'Sign Up Here' link on the same page to create one tied to your company email.
Submit a cancellation / non-renewal ticket
Click 'New Support Request' or 'Submit a Ticket'. In the subject line write 'Non-Renewal Notice – [Your Company Name]'. In the description state your intent to cancel, include your contract number or account ID, the current term end date, and the effective cancellation date. Attach your order form if available.
Send a formal written notice by email
Simultaneously send the same non-renewal notice to support@h2o.ai and legal@h2o.ai (subject: 'Attn: Legal Notice – Non-Renewal – [Your Company Name]'). Written email notice to both addresses satisfies the contractual notice requirement. Keep the sent email as proof of the 60-day notice.
Confirm receipt from H2O.ai
Wait for a confirmation reply (Silver tier: up to 1 business day; Gold/Platinum: within 2–4 hours). If you do not hear back within 2 business days, call H2O.ai support at 650-227-4572 to confirm the cancellation ticket was received and logged.
Cancel AWS / GCP Marketplace subscription (if applicable)
If your subscription was purchased through AWS Marketplace or Google Cloud Marketplace, also cancel it from within that platform. In AWS: go to AWS Marketplace → Your Marketplace Software → H2O AI Cloud → 'Cancel subscription'. This stops future billing through the cloud provider independently of the H2O.ai contract notice.
Request data deletion confirmation
After the contract end date, send an email to privacy@h2o.ai requesting written confirmation that your customer data has been deleted per the privacy policy ('Customer data is deleted upon termination of the customer environment'). Retain this confirmation for compliance records.
