Log in to Insight Timer
Go to insighttimer.com and log in to your account.
Open your profile menu
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the page to open the dropdown menu.
Go to My Subscriptions
Select 'My Subscriptions' from the dropdown menu.
Click Cancel Subscription
Find your active MemberPlus subscription and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button.
Select a cancellation reason
Choose a reason for cancelling from the list shown (this step is optional and does not block cancellation).
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your cancellation on the final confirmation screen. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
