Find your billing portal link
Check the confirmation email you received when you subscribed — it contains a 'Manage your subscription' link. Alternatively, log in to the app or service you subscribed to and look for a 'Billing', 'Subscription', or 'Manage Plan' link in the account settings.
Open the Lemon Squeezy billing portal
Click the billing management link, which will take you to a Lemon Squeezy-hosted portal at a URL like https://[storename].lemonsqueezy.com/billing. If you're not already authenticated, you will see a form asking for your email address.
Log in with magic link
Enter your email address and click 'Send magic link'. Check your inbox for an email from Lemon Squeezy and click the login link inside it. The link is valid for a limited time and logs you in automatically — no password required.
Locate your active subscription
Once inside the portal, you will see a list of your active and past subscriptions. Find the subscription you want to cancel and click on it or find the options menu (three dots or 'Manage' button) next to it.
Click 'Cancel subscription'
In the subscription details view, scroll to the bottom to find the 'Cancel subscription' option. It may be less prominent than other options (users have noted the cancel button is not very visible). Click 'Cancel subscription'.
Confirm cancellation
A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm. Click 'Cancel subscription' (or 'Confirm') to finalize. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
