Log in to Megogo
Go to megogo.net and log in to your account using your phone number, email, Google, Facebook, or Apple account.
Open your profile menu
Click on your profile avatar or icon in the upper-right corner of the page to open the account dropdown menu.
Navigate to Subscriptions
Select 'Подписки' (Subscriptions) from the dropdown menu. This takes you to your active subscription management page.
Reveal the Unsubscribe button
Hover your mouse cursor over your active subscription card. The 'Отписаться' (Unsubscribe) button only appears on hover — it is hidden by default.
Click 'Отписаться' (Unsubscribe)
Click the 'Отписаться' button that appears when hovering over your subscription. A confirmation dialog will open.
Dismiss retention offers and confirm
Megogo presents multiple confirmation windows attempting to retain you (offering discounts or reminding you of remaining access). Click through each dialog to confirm cancellation. Do not select the bottom-most option in the reason-selection screen, as it may trigger a different flow. Choose any other reason and proceed.
Confirm final cancellation
After dismissing all retention dialogs, confirm the final cancellation. You will receive an on-screen confirmation message and optionally a confirmation email. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
