Sign in to your Microsoft account
Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in with the Microsoft account linked to your Minecraft Realms subscription.
Open Services & subscriptions
Click on 'Services & subscriptions' in the top navigation bar. This lists all active Microsoft subscriptions including Minecraft Realms.
Find your Minecraft Realms subscription
Scroll through your active subscriptions to locate 'Minecraft Realms' or 'Minecraft Realms Plus'. Click the 'Manage' link next to it.
Click 'Cancel subscription'
On the subscription management page, click 'Cancel subscription'. You may be shown your renewal date and a reminder that access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Confirm cancellation
Click 'Confirm cancellation' (or 'Cancel subscription') on the confirmation prompt. You will receive a confirmation email from Microsoft. Your Realm remains accessible until the current billing cycle ends.
