Sign in to Netflix
Go to netflix.com and sign in to your account. Use a web browser — the cancellation flow works most reliably on the website, not the mobile app.
Open your Account settings
Click or tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner, then select 'Account' from the dropdown menu.
Click 'Cancel Membership'
Under the 'Membership & Billing' section at the top of the Account page, click the 'Cancel Membership' button.
Select a cancellation reason (optional)
Netflix may display a screen asking why you're canceling. Selecting a reason is optional and does not block cancellation. You can skip or select any option and continue.
Click 'Finish Cancellation'
On the confirmation screen, click 'Finish Cancellation' to complete the process. You will see a confirmation message and receive a cancellation confirmation email.
