Log into Netlify
Go to app.netlify.com and sign in with your account.
Open team settings
Click on your team name in the top navigation, then select 'Team settings' or 'Settings'.
Go to Billing
In the settings sidebar, click 'Billing' to view your current Pro or Business plan.
Downgrade your plan
Click 'Change plan' and select the 'Starter' (free) tier. Review the feature comparison.
Confirm downgrade
Click 'Downgrade to Starter' and confirm. Your sites remain deployed but with free-tier limits.
引き止め対策
Cancelling Netlify Pro means you'll lose team collaboration, increased bandwidth (1TB to 100GB), background functions, analytics, and priority support. Your deployed sites will continue running on the free Starter plan.
