Sign in to Proton Account
Go to account.proton.me and sign in with your Proton credentials.
Go to Subscription settings
Navigate to 'Subscription' in the left sidebar.
Click Downgrade account
Scroll down and click 'Downgrade account' to switch to the free plan.
Review what you'll lose
Proton will show features you'll lose including storage, custom domains, and aliases.
Confirm downgrade
Click 'Confirm downgrade'. Your paid features remain active until the billing period ends.
