Access your customer portal
Go to the store's website where you have the Recharge subscription. Click 'Log in' or 'My Account' and sign in with your credentials. Some stores send a 4-digit passwordless login code to your email — enter it to access your account.
Open Manage subscriptions
Once logged in, click the 'Manage subscriptions' tab or look for a 'Manage Subscriptions' link on your account dashboard. This takes you to the Recharge customer portal where all your active subscriptions are listed.
Select the subscription to cancel
Find the subscription you want to cancel and click 'Manage this subscription' beneath it.
Click Cancel subscription
Scroll down on the subscription management page and click the 'Cancel subscription' button.
Select a cancellation reason
A cancellation reason form appears with merchant-provided options (e.g., 'Too expensive', 'Don't need it anymore'). Select the reason that applies and click 'Next'. The merchant may display a retention offer at this point — such as a discount code, free skipped charge, product swap, or subscription pause — which you can decline.
Confirm cancellation
Click 'Cancel subscription' a final time to confirm. If the store has the pause feature enabled, you may first see a prompt asking 'Would you like to pause instead?' — choose a pause duration or click through to complete the cancellation.
