Review cancellation notice requirement
SeekOut requires written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the end of your subscription term. Note that cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, not immediately, and no refunds are issued for unused time.
Log in to your SeekOut account
Go to seekout.com and sign in with your credentials. There is no self-service cancellation option in the account settings — you must contact support directly.
Contact support via Live Chat
Click the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of any SeekOut page. This is the fastest method. State that you want to cancel your subscription. Live chat is available Monday through Friday during business hours.
Alternatively, email billing support
Send a cancellation request to billing@seekout.com or support@seekout.com. Include your account email address and the request to cancel. Written email notice is accepted and recommended to ensure a paper trail for the 30-day notice requirement.
Confirm cancellation effective date
Ask the support agent or wait for an email confirmation stating your cancellation effective date. Access continues until the end of your current paid subscription period.
Request data deletion if needed
If you want your data removed after cancellation, submit a request via the SeekOut Privacy Choices Portal at seekout.com/gdpr. Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
