Find your subscription confirmation email
Search your inbox for an email from Spotify with the subject line 'Monthly subscription confirmation for [podcast name]' or the original confirmation email you received when you first subscribed. Check your spam and filtered folders if you don't see it in your main inbox.
Open the Spotify email
Open the monthly billing confirmation email or the original subscription confirmation email. These emails are sent from Spotify each time your podcast subscription renews.
Click the cancellation link
Inside the email, locate and click the 'Cancel subscription' or 'Unsubscribe' link. This is the primary and often only in-app method Spotify provides for canceling a paid podcast subscription.
Confirm the cancellation
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm you want to cancel. You may be asked to verify your identity or confirm the cancellation on a Spotify web page.
Check for cancellation confirmation email
You should receive a confirmation email from Spotify confirming your cancellation. Your access to subscriber-only podcast content will continue until the end of your current billing period, then it will be locked.
Contact Spotify Support if email not found
