Log in to your account
Go to tails.com and sign in to your account using your email and password.
Go to your Dashboard
After logging in, navigate to your online account Dashboard — this is the main account overview page.
Find the Quick Links section
Scroll down on the Dashboard page to locate the 'Quick Links' section.
Click 'Cancel'
In the Quick Links area, select the 'Cancel' option.
Click 'Cancel Deliveries'
On the confirmation page that follows, click the 'Cancel Deliveries' button to confirm your cancellation.
Check your email for confirmation
Tails.com will send a confirmation email once your deliveries have been successfully cancelled. Keep this for your records.
