Review your contract end date

Log in to Teamtailor and navigate to Settings → Billing to find your current subscription period and renewal date. Notice must be given at least 1 month before the contract end date to avoid auto-renewal for another full annual term.

Locate your Account Manager

Find your assigned Teamtailor Account Manager's contact details in your original contract, welcome email, or by checking Settings → Billing. Every customer is assigned a dedicated account manager as the primary cancellation contact.

Send a written cancellation notice

Email your Account Manager stating your intention to terminate the contract. If you cannot find your Account Manager, email AR@teamtailor.com (Accounts Receivable). Written notice is required — phone calls alone are not sufficient.

Include required termination details

In your cancellation email include: reason for termination, your customer number (found on any Teamtailor invoice), and the URL of the career page/platform you want terminated.

Export your data before termination

Before the account is locked, export all candidate and company data via Settings → Export (CSV format) or via the API. This can also be done within the 30-day window after termination, but before data is permanently deleted.

Confirm cancellation in writing

Wait for a written confirmation from Teamtailor acknowledging the termination. Keep this email as proof that notice was received within the required 1-month window before contract end.
