Log in to Mitt Telia
Go to telia.se and click 'Logga in' (Log in) in the top-right corner. Authenticate using BankID or your username and password to access your account.
Navigate to Mina tjänster
Once logged in to Mitt Telia, navigate to 'Mina tjänster' (My Services) or 'Abonnemang' (Subscriptions) in the account menu to see all your active subscriptions.
Select the subscription to cancel
Click on the specific subscription (mobile, broadband, or channel package) you want to cancel. Note: Mobile broadband and selected channel packages can be cancelled via self-service. Full TV service or bundled subscriptions require calling customer service at 90 200.
Click 'Avsluta abonnemang'
On the subscription detail page, click the 'Avsluta' or 'Avsluta abonnemang' (Cancel subscription) button. If this option is not visible, you must call Telia customer service at 90 200 or 020-711 710.
Choose cancellation date
Select when you want the cancellation to take effect — either immediately (with a 30-day notice period applied, so service continues through the notice period) or at the end of your current binding period to avoid early termination fees.
Confirm cancellation
Review the summary showing the effective end date and any applicable final charges. Click 'Bekräfta' (Confirm) to submit the cancellation request.
Check confirmation and return equipment
You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. If you have a borrowed router from Telia, a return slip (QR code) will be sent a few days before your service ends — use it to return the hardware at any PostNord/DHL service point.
