Open Team Settings
Log in to Tettra, then click your team's name in the top-left corner of the screen to open the team dropdown menu.
Select 'Team Settings'
From the dropdown, click 'Team settings' to open the settings panel.
Navigate to Billing
In the Team settings sidebar, click 'Billing' to open your billing overview.
Click 'Manage Plan'
On the Billing page, click the 'Manage plan' button to access plan management options.
Click 'Cancel Plan'
Click the 'Cancel plan' button to initiate cancellation. Note: only a user with Billing Permissions can perform this action.
Confirm Cancellation
Follow any on-screen confirmation prompts to finalize the cancellation of your subscription.
