Log in to tl;dv
Go to https://tldv.io/app and sign in to your account.
Open Settings
Click your profile avatar or the gear icon, then select 'Settings' from the menu.
Go to Plan & Billing
Navigate to 'Plan & Billing' under the Settings sidebar (direct URL: https://tldv.io/app/settings/billing-team-settings/plan-and-billing).
Click 'Manage subscription'
On the Plan & Billing page, click the 'Manage subscription' button. This redirects you to the Stripe customer billing portal.
Select 'Cancel or pause plan'
Inside the Stripe billing portal, click the 'Cancel or pause plan' button next to your active subscription.
Confirm cancellation
Follow Stripe's confirmation prompts. Click 'Cancel plan' to finalize. Your account will downgrade to the Free tier.
