Sign in to Tresorit
Go to web.tresorit.com and log in with your account.
Open your profile settings
Click on your name or avatar in the top-right corner and select 'Account settings'.
Go to Subscription
Click on 'Subscription' in the left-hand menu.
Cancel subscription
Click 'Cancel subscription' and follow the instructions provided.
Download your data
Before the subscription period ends, download all files from your tresors to keep them locally.
Confirm via email
Tresorit may send a confirmation email. Click the link to finalize your cancellation.
