Check your current plan and billing cycle

Dial *900# from your True Move H SIM to view your active packages and billing cycle end date. For add-on internet packages only, dial *190# to see cancellable packages. Note your billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Cancel add-on packages via USSD (prepaid/add-ons only)

If you only want to stop an auto-renewing internet add-on (not the main plan), dial *190# and follow the on-screen menu to select and cancel the package. For failed auto-renewal packages, dial *901*0# instead. This self-service option works 24/7 at no charge.

Call 1242 to initiate full contract cancellation

For full postpaid contract termination, call the True Call Center at 1242 (free, 24 hours). Press 9 for English. Inform the agent you wish to terminate your postpaid plan. The agent will confirm your account details, advise on any outstanding balance or early termination fees, and may direct you to a True Shop to complete the process in person.

Visit a True Shop with required documents

Bring your Thai national ID card (or passport if a foreigner), your True Move H SIM card, and any rented equipment (router, device). Locate the nearest True Shop via the True app under 'Find a store' or at true.th/en. Take a queue number at the counter and request 'contract termination' or 'ยกเลิกสัญญา' (yok-lerng sanya).

Confirm cancellation and settle outstanding balance

At the counter, a staff member will pull up your account, confirm the termination, and process any final bill payment. If you are within a minimum contract period (e.g., a 12-month device installment plan), an early termination fee may apply. Pay any remaining balance to proceed.

Return rented equipment if applicable

If you subscribed to a bundle that included a rented router or device, return it at the True Shop counter at the time of cancellation. Get a receipt confirming the return. Failure to return equipment may result in a replacement charge on your final bill.

Obtain cancellation confirmation

Ask staff for a cancellation reference number or written confirmation. You should receive an SMS from True confirming the service termination. Keep this for your records in case of any disputed charges on your final bill.
