Review your contract terms
Before initiating cancellation, check your Vendure Platform contract or order confirmation email for the required notice period (typically 30 days) and any minimum commitment terms.
Prepare cancellation request
Draft a cancellation email or message that includes your company name, the email address used to sign up, your account/license ID (found in your original order confirmation), and your intended cancellation date.
Contact Vendure via email or contact form
Send your cancellation request to the Vendure team. Use either the contact form at vendure.io/contact or email their support team. If your Business/Enterprise plan includes a dedicated Slack support channel, you can also raise the cancellation request there.
Await confirmation from Vendure team
Wait for a reply from the Vendure sales or support team confirming receipt of your cancellation request. Response times are SLA-backed for paid plans (check your contract for specifics).
Confirm cancellation effective date
Agree on the cancellation effective date with the Vendure team per your contract terms. Ensure you receive a written confirmation email stating the subscription end date and that no further charges will be made.
Transition off commercial features
Before the end date, migrate any workflows dependent on Vendure Platform enterprise-only features (SSO, advanced pricing engine, audit logging, AI tooling) back to open-source alternatives or export any platform-specific configuration.
