Log in to Viu website
Go to viu.com and sign in to your account using your registered email and password.
Open My Profile
Hover over or tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page, then select 'My Profile' from the dropdown menu.
Go to Viu Paid Service tab
Inside your profile page, click on the 'Viu Paid Service' tab (or 'My Plan' / 'Subscription' section) to view your active subscription details.
Click Unsubscribe
Click the 'Unsubscribe' or 'Cancel Subscription' button shown next to your active plan.
Confirm cancellation
Follow the on-screen confirmation prompts (typically 1–2 'Are you sure?' screens) and confirm your cancellation. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
