Log in to Wrike
Go to wrike.com and log in with your account credentials. You must be the Account Owner to cancel.
Open Account Management
Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the Wrike workspace, then select 'Account Management' from the dropdown menu.
Go to Subscription settings
In the Account Management panel, click the 'Subscription' tab in the left sidebar to view your current plan details and billing cycle.
Attempt self-service cancellation
Look for a 'Cancel Subscription' button on the Subscription page. This option is only available for certain plan types (e.g., Team plan or Business accounts with yearly subscriptions under 15 seats, no add-ons). If visible, click it and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.
Contact your Account Manager or Renewals Manager (if no self-service button)
For Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans, there is no self-service cancellation button. You must contact your dedicated Wrike Renewals Manager or Account Manager directly — their contact details are typically in prior billing emails or via the Help Center at help.wrike.com.
Submit written cancellation notice
Send a written cancellation request via email or through Wrike's support portal. You must submit this at least 30 days before your subscription renewal date, as required by Wrike's Terms & Conditions. Include your account name and the desired cancellation effective date.
Confirm cancellation receipt
Wait for a confirmation email from Wrike acknowledging the cancellation. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
