Review your contract renewal date
Log in to your Sisense account and locate your contract or Sales Order to find your subscription end date. Sisense requires written notice at least 60 days before the renewal date to prevent automatic renewal for another 12-month term.
Export your data
Before initiating cancellation, export all dashboards, reports, and data models you need. In Sisense, go to Admin > Export or use the REST API to back up ElastiCubes and dashboard JSON files.
Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM)
Reach out directly to your assigned Customer Success Manager or Account Executive via email or phone. If you do not know their contact, call Sisense at (646) 432-1507 or email your account team. This is the primary cancellation channel for enterprise contracts.
Submit a support ticket as written notice
Log in to the Sisense Support Portal at supportportal.sisense.com, click 'Submit a Case', select 'Account & Billing' as the category, and submit a ticket explicitly stating your intent not to renew. This creates a timestamped written record of your cancellation notice.
Send formal written non-renewal notice
Send a written non-renewal notice via email to your Account Executive and CC legal@sisense.com. The Sisense Master Subscription Agreement requires written notice no less than 60 days prior to the expiration date. State your company name, subscription details, and that you elect not to renew.
Obtain written confirmation
Request and retain written confirmation from Sisense that your cancellation notice has been received and processed. Ask them to confirm your exact service end date and that no auto-renewal will occur.
