Log in to PocketBase Cloud
Go to pocketbasecloud.com and sign in to your account using your email and password.
Open Account Settings
After logging in, navigate to your account settings — look for your account name or avatar in the top-right corner and click it to reveal a dropdown menu, then select 'Settings' or 'Account'.
Go to Billing or Subscription
Within the account settings, find the 'Billing' or 'Subscription' section where your current plan details and payment information are displayed.
Cancel Subscription
Click the 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Plan' button. Confirm any cancellation prompt that appears to finalize the cancellation.
Confirm and back up your data
After cancellation, export and back up any data from your PocketBase instances before your access ends. PocketBase Cloud will delete your data after a 'reasonable grace period' following account termination — no specific duration is published.
