Sign in to Bitdefender Central
Go to https://central.bitdefender.com/ and sign in with your Bitdefender account email and password.
Open My Subscriptions
Click 'My Subscriptions' in the left-side navigation menu.
Go to My Payments tab
Click the 'My Payments' tab at the top of the My Subscriptions page to view your active billing subscriptions.
View subscription details
Click the 'View details' button next to the Bitdefender product you want to cancel.
Manage renewal options
Click 'Manage your subscription renewal options' in the new tab that opens.
Click End Auto-Renewal
In the pop-up window, click the 'End Auto-Renewal' button. If you are within 30 days of purchase, you can alternatively select 'Cancel immediately' to stop service now and receive a refund.
Select cancellation reason and confirm
Choose a reason from the dropdown for stopping auto-renewal, then click the 'Cancel Subscription' button to confirm. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.
