Open TikTok and go to your Profile
Launch the TikTok app and tap your profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen to open your profile page.
Open Settings
Tap the three horizontal lines (≡) or the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top-right corner of your profile page, then tap 'Settings and privacy'.
Navigate to LIVE Subscriptions
In Settings, scroll down and tap 'Balance' or go to 'LIVE' section. Look for 'Subscriptions' or 'LIVE Subscriptions' in the left sidebar or menu list to see all active creator subscriptions.
Find the creator subscription to cancel
Locate the creator whose subscription you want to cancel in your active subscriptions list. Each entry shows the creator name, renewal date, and subscription tier price.
Tap the three-dot menu next to the subscription
Tap the three dots (⋯) icon to the right of the creator's subscription entry to open subscription management options.
Select 'Cancel Auto-Renewal'
Tap 'Cancel Auto-Renewal' from the menu that appears. TikTok will ask you to select a reason for cancellation from a dropdown list (e.g., 'Too expensive', 'Not watching enough', etc.).
Confirm cancellation
Select a reason and confirm the cancellation. You will see a confirmation message stating that auto-renewal has been turned off. You retain access to the creator's perks (emotes, badges) until the end of the current paid billing period.
iOS users: cancel via Apple instead
If you subscribed through the iOS TikTok app, you must cancel through Apple — not TikTok. Go to iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → 'Subscriptions' → find TikTok → tap 'Cancel Subscription'. TikTok's in-app flow will not show iOS-billed subscriptions.
