Go to your Spotify account page
Open a browser and navigate to spotify.com/account. Log in with your Spotify username and password if not already signed in.
Open subscription management
Go directly to spotify.com/account/subscription/manage or click 'Your plan' in the left-hand sidebar of your account page.
Click 'Cancel Premium'
Scroll down to the 'Your plan' section. Click the 'Cancel Premium' button next to your current plan.
Review the cancellation screen
Spotify presents a screen highlighting what you will lose (offline listening, ad-free playback, etc.) along with possible retention offers such as a discounted rate or a 1–3 month subscription pause. Click 'Continue to cancel' to proceed past this screen.
Confirm cancellation
On the confirmation screen, click 'Yes, cancel' (or 'Cancel Premium') to finalise your cancellation. Spotify will show a confirmation message stating the date your Premium access ends.
