Go to Medium Settings
Log in to medium.com, then click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Find Membership and Payment
Scroll down to the "Membership and payment" section on the Settings page.
Click Cancel Your Membership
Click the "Cancel your membership" link or button within the Membership and payment section.
Proceed Through Retention Screen
Medium displays a confirmation/retention screen urging you to stay. Continue clicking through it to confirm your cancellation decision.
Confirm Cancellation
Confirm the cancellation on the final confirmation prompt. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
