Open Sberbank Online app
Launch the Sberbank Online (СберБанк Онлайн) mobile app on your phone and log in with your credentials.
Go to Payments section
Tap 'Платежи' (Payments) in the bottom navigation bar.
Navigate to Autopayments
Select 'Сервисы' (Services) then tap 'Автоплатежи' (Autopayments) to see all active recurring charges.
Find the GigaChat charge
Scroll the list to locate the GigaChat or SberDevices subscription entry. It may appear under the Sber ecosystem name.
Open subscription options
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the GigaChat entry to open management options.
Disable permanently
Select 'Отключить навсегда' (Disable permanently) to cancel auto-renewal. Confirm when prompted.
