Log into Loom
Go to loom.com and sign in to your account.
Open workspace settings
Click on your workspace name in the left sidebar and select 'Settings'.
Navigate to Billing
Click 'Billing & Plan' in the settings menu to see your current Business or Enterprise plan.
Cancel your plan
Click 'Downgrade' or 'Cancel Plan' to switch to the free Starter plan.
Confirm cancellation
Acknowledge the feature changes and confirm. Your existing videos remain accessible but you'll have recording limits on the free plan.

Cancelling Loom means you'll lose unlimited recording length, HD recording quality, custom branding, engagement insights, CTA buttons, and password-protected videos. The free plan limits you to 25 videos and 5-minute recordings.
