Go to Netflix and sign in
Open a web browser and navigate to netflix.com. Sign in with your account email and password if not already logged in.
Open your Account settings
Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, select "Account".
Click "Cancel Membership"
Scroll down to the "Membership and Billing" section. Click the "Cancel Membership" button.
Decline retention offer (Pause Membership)
Netflix will present a "Pause Membership" option, offering to pause your account for 1–3 months instead of canceling. Click "Continue to Cancel" or "I still want to cancel" to proceed past this screen.
Click "Finish Cancellation"
On the final confirmation screen, click the "Finish Cancellation" button to complete the process.
Check for confirmation email
Netflix sends a cancellation confirmation email to your account address. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made.
