Log in to your account
Go to https://app.abacus.com and sign in with your company credentials.
Open Settings
Click the Gear icon in the navigation to open Settings.
Navigate to Billing
Select 'Billing' from the Settings menu.
Click More Actions
Click the 'More Actions' button on the Billing page.
Select Cancel Subscription
Choose 'Cancel Subscription' from the More Actions dropdown menu.
Select cancellation reason
A 'Cancel Subscription' pop-up appears. Select a reason for closing from the provided list.
Confirm cancellation
Click 'Cancel Subscription' to confirm. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle with no further charges.
