Log in to Activepieces Cloud
Go to https://cloud.activepieces.com and sign in with your account credentials.
Open Account Settings
Click your profile avatar or account name in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard to open the account menu.
Navigate to Billing
In the account menu or settings sidebar, click 'Billing' to open your subscription and billing details.
Locate your current plan
On the Billing page, find your active plan details showing your current subscription tier and renewal date.
Downgrade or Cancel Plan
Click 'Cancel Plan' or 'Downgrade to Free' button. Activepieces offers a free tier, so cancelling a paid plan typically downgrades you to the free plan rather than deleting your account.
Confirm cancellation
A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation. Review the details (access end date, feature loss) and click 'Confirm' or 'Cancel Subscription' to finalize.
Contact support if needed
If no self-serve cancel option is visible in your billing page, email support@activepieces.com with subject 'Cancel Subscription' and your account email. Billing issues are handled via email per their official support policy.
