Log in at audible.com
Go to audible.com and sign in with your Amazon account credentials.
Go to Account Details
Hover over or click 'Hi, [Your Name]' at the top of the page, then select 'Account Details'.
Click Cancel membership
On the Account Details page, scroll down to find 'Cancel membership' and click it. This begins the cancellation flow.
Navigate through retention offers
Audible will offer you credits, pauses, or discounts. Decline each offer by continuing to click through. Look for 'Continue to cancel' or 'I still want to cancel'.
Confirm cancellation
On the final screen, confirm your cancellation. You will receive an email confirmation. Any unused credits remain available for 1 year after cancellation.

We'd love to keep you as an Audible member! Before you go, remember that any audiobooks you've already purchased are yours to keep forever — your library doesn't disappear. If you're not listening as much as you expected, we can pause your membership for up to 3 months so you don't lose out on credits. Many members who pause come back when their commute or routine changes. Also, if you have unused credits, they'll expire within a year — let us know if you'd like to use them first.
