Log into Jasper
Go to app.jasper.ai and sign in with your account credentials.
Open account settings
Click on your profile icon or workspace name in the bottom-left corner, then select 'Subscription' or 'Billing'.
Navigate to plan management
Click 'Manage Plan' or 'Change Plan' to access the subscription management options.
Cancel your subscription
Scroll down and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Jasper may present retention offers such as a discounted rate or plan downgrade.
Complete the cancellation survey
Select a reason for leaving and click 'Confirm Cancellation'. Your access continues until the billing period ends.
引き止め対策
If you cancel Jasper AI, you'll lose access to AI content generation, brand voice features, marketing campaign tools, and all templates. Your saved documents will no longer be editable with AI assistance.
