Log in to LastPass
Go to lastpass.com and sign in to your account or open the LastPass browser extension and access your vault.
Go to Account Settings
Click your email address or account name in the top-right corner of the LastPass vault and select "Account Settings".
Open Subscription tab
In Account Settings, click the "Subscription" tab to view your current Premium, Families, or Teams plan.
Export your vault first
Before cancelling, export your passwords: go to More Options → Advanced → Export to save a CSV of all your stored credentials.
Cancel subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription" in the Subscription tab and follow the prompts to confirm. Your account reverts to the free tier at the end of the billing period.

We understand your concerns, especially after the security incident in 2022. LastPass has made significant security improvements and your vault data is encrypted with your master password. Before cancelling, note that LastPass Free still gives you access to all your stored passwords, just with limited sync options. Would downgrading to free rather than cancelling entirely work for your needs?
