Log In
Go to hellofresh.com and sign in to your account.
Open Account Settings
Click your name in the top right and select Account Settings.
Go to Plan Settings
Navigate to the Plan Settings or Subscription tab.
Cancel Plan
Click Deactivate Your Plan and follow the prompts.
Confirm Cancellation
Select a reason and confirm. You may be offered a discount to stay.
