Understand the billing model
Siteliner Premium is not a recurring subscription — it is a prepaid credit system where you purchase credits in advance at $0.01 per page scanned. There is no auto-renewing charge to cancel. Simply not buying more credits effectively ends your paid usage.
Log in to your Siteliner Premium account
Go to https://www.siteliner.com/login and sign in with your username and password. If you forgot your credentials, click 'I forgot my username or password' on the login page and follow the emailed instructions.
Review remaining credits and payment history
Once logged in, click on the 'Siteliner Premium' menu and select 'View Payments' to see all past credit purchases. Confirm whether you have unused credits on your account.
Request a refund if within 7 days of purchase
If you purchased credits within the last 7 days and want a refund, navigate to https://www.siteliner.com/contact, fill in your email address and describe your refund request in the message field, solve the CAPTCHA, and click 'Send'. Per the Terms, a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase only.
Request account deletion via contact form
There is no self-service account deletion button. To close your account entirely, go to https://www.siteliner.com/contact, enter your registered email, and state that you want your account permanently deleted. Siteliner's support team will process the request.
