Check your renewal date
Log in at my.act.com and navigate to 'Account and Billing' to confirm your exact renewal/anniversary date. Alternatively, check your original subscription confirmation email. You must cancel before this date — Act! does not issue refunds for charges that have already processed.
Export your data (cloud subscribers)
If you are on Act! Premium Cloud or Act! Growth Suite (hosted), back up your database before cancelling. Contact Act! support at customerservice@act.com or call 866-936-8133 to request a data export. After cancellation, you have only 90 days to retrieve your data before it is permanently deleted.
Send cancellation email to subscription.renewals@act.com
Compose an email to subscription.renewals@act.com (primary cancellation channel for Act! Premium Cloud and Act! Growth Suite). Include your full name, account email address, company name, and a clear written request to cancel your subscription. Alternatively, email customerservice@act.com.
Receive cancellation confirmation
Act! will process your request and send a written confirmation. Keep this confirmation email as proof. If you do not receive a response within 1–2 business days, follow up by phone at 866-873-2006 (M–F 9am–7pm ET) or submit a support ticket at https://www.act.com/submit-a-ticket/.
Verify access has been terminated
Once cancellation is confirmed, attempt to log in to verify your account has been deactivated. Access to the Act! application is removed upon termination. If you are still able to log in after the confirmation email, contact support immediately.
