Log in to My Telkom account
Go to www.telkom.co.za and click the login dropdown in the top-right corner. Sign in with your My Telkom credentials. If you don't have an account, click 'Register' and follow the 4-step process to create your profile and link your services before proceeding.
Open Manage Accounts
Once logged in, navigate to your dashboard and select 'Manage Accounts' from the menu. This displays all services linked to your account.
Select the service to cancel
Locate the fibre or internet service you want to cancel in the list. Click the 'Cancel' button next to that specific line or service.
Go to the Cancellations tab
In the service management area, navigate to the 'Cancellations' tab and click 'Start Process' to initiate the cancellation workflow.
Fill in required details
Complete all required fields in the cancellation form, including your account number, the specific service(s) to cancel, and your reason for cancelling. Specify whether you want to cancel all services or only selected ones.
Upload supporting documents
Upload a clear copy of the account holder's ID or passport as required for verification. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions presented on screen.
Submit and save reference number
Click 'Submit' to send your cancellation request. Telkom will immediately issue a ticket reference number — save this for any follow-up enquiries. You will also receive SMS/email confirmation.
Alternative: Call or email if online fails
If the online portal is unavailable, call 10210 (fixed/fibre) or 081 180 (mobile) between 08:00–18:00 on weekdays or 08:00–13:00 on Saturdays. Alternatively email servcancellation@telkom.co.za with your completed cancellation form, ID copy, and account details.
