Review your contract terms
Check your subscription agreement. Per Arrikto's Terms of Service, paid subscriptions auto-renew annually and require written termination notice at least 10 days before the renewal date. Mid-term cancellation is only permitted if Arrikto has committed a material breach.
Prepare written cancellation notice
Draft a written cancellation notice including your account name, company name, subscription details, and the effective date you wish to cancel. The ToS requires written notice — email is acceptable.
Submit cancellation via contact form or email
Go to https://www.arrikto.com/contact/ and submit your written cancellation notice. Alternatively email support@arrikto.com. Note: Arrikto was acquired by HPE in May 2023 and the Zendesk support portal (arrikto.zendesk.com) is closed.
Call if no response
If you receive no response within a few business days, call the number listed in Arrikto's Privacy Policy: +1 (650) 389-7482. You may also need to contact HPE Ezmeral support directly as Arrikto's team was absorbed into HPE.
Confirm cancellation in writing
Request written confirmation that your cancellation has been processed and that your subscription will not auto-renew. Keep this confirmation for your records and credit card dispute purposes.
