Review your contract terms
Locate your Master Subscription Agreement or Order Form. Phenom requires written notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the end of your current contract term to prevent automatic renewal.
Contact your Phenom Account Manager
Reach out directly to your dedicated Customer Success Manager or Account Manager. Enterprise contracts are managed through named contacts — check your original onboarding emails for their direct contact details.
Submit written non-renewal notice
Send a formal written notice (email is acceptable) stating your intent not to renew. Address it to your Account Manager and copy contracts@phenompeople.com if available. Include your company name, contract ID, and the desired termination date.
Open a support ticket via Phenom Community
If you cannot reach your Account Manager, log in to the Phenom User Community at community.phenom.com, navigate to 'Customer Care', and submit a support ticket requesting contract non-renewal or cancellation assistance.
Confirm written acknowledgment
Ensure you receive written confirmation from Phenom that your non-renewal notice has been accepted. Keep this for your records. Phenom must acknowledge receipt of your notice for it to be valid.
Download your data before termination
Per Phenom's Terms & Conditions, after termination they will make your customer data available for download within 30 days in an industry-standard format. Log in to your platform and export all candidate, job, and analytics data before your contract end date.
