Will I lose my reviews data when I cancel?

Downgrading to the free Starter plan does not immediately delete your data — it only reduces your available features. Full account and data deletion requires emailing support@stamped.io separately.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Stamped's Terms of Service (Section 11) explicitly state that cancellation does not entitle you to any refund of fees already paid. This applies even to unused annual subscriptions.

I uninstalled the app from Shopify — is my subscription cancelled?

For Shopify and BigCommerce users, billing stops automatically when you uninstall the app. However, if your account was billed via Stripe (common for non-Shopify merchants), you must cancel the plan inside the Stamped dashboard first before uninstalling, or charges will continue.

Can I reactivate my paid plan after cancelling?

Yes. You can upgrade from the free Starter plan back to any paid plan at any time by returning to Account > Your Plan and selecting a new plan.

Will Stamped still send emails to my customers after I cancel?

Cancelling your paid plan may not automatically stop outgoing review request emails. Contact support@stamped.io to request that all customer-facing emails are halted, especially if you are switching platforms or closing your store.

How do I fully delete my Stamped account and all data?

Cancelling the plan only downgrades you to the free tier. To fully delete your account and all associated customer data, email support@stamped.io and explicitly request account deletion.

Log in to Stamped dashboard

Go to https://go.stamped.io and sign in to your account.

Open Account settings

In the left sidebar, click on 'Account', then select 'Your Plan' from the submenu.

Click 'Change Plan'

On the plan overview page, click the 'Change Plan' button.

Select 'Cancel my plan'

Scroll to the bottom of the plan selection page and click the 'Cancel my plan' link.

Review what you will lose

A comparison screen appears showing your current plan features versus the free Starter plan. Review the differences, then click 'Continue with cancellation'.

Submit cancellation feedback

A feedback popup asks why you are cancelling. Fill it in or click 'Skip' to proceed without answering.

Confirm downgrade to free Starter

Your paid plan is now cancelled and your account is downgraded to the free Starter tier. No further action is needed for Shopify/BigCommerce billing. If you were billed via Stripe, ensure you cancel inside the Stamped dashboard BEFORE uninstalling the app to avoid erroneous charges.
