Do I still have access after cancelling?

Yes. You keep full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account is downgraded to an unlisted free plan and all landing pages are unpublished from the internet (but remain editable inside your account).

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

No. Unbounce does not issue refunds for monthly plans cancelled after billing, nor for annual plans cancelled mid-term. You must cancel at least 1 day before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Support (support@unbounce.com) may use discretion in extenuating circumstances.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Yes, you can reactivate at any time. However, you will be placed on current pricing plans — legacy or grandfathered plans cannot be restored.

What happens to my landing pages and data?

Pages are unpublished but remain visible inside your account. The free account may be deleted within 90 days to 12 months per Unbounce's Terms of Service. Deletion is permanent — all pages, leads, integrations, and personal data are removed. Download your pages as .unbounce files before the account is deleted to preserve them.

How do I permanently delete my account?

Cancelling your subscription downgrades to a free plan; it does not immediately delete your account. To request full account deletion, contact Unbounce support at support@unbounce.com.

Who can cancel the subscription?

Only the account Owner or Administrator can cancel. Other user roles (e.g. Author, Viewer) do not see the cancellation option in Account Management.

Log in to Unbounce

Go to app.unbounce.com and sign in with your account credentials. You must be the account Owner or Administrator — other roles cannot cancel.

Open account menu

Click your avatar (circle icon) in the top right-hand corner of the platform to open the dropdown menu.

Go to Account Management

Select "Account Management" from the dropdown menu.

Open Subscriptions

Click "Subscriptions" in the left-hand sidebar.

Click Cancel My Plan

In the "Change Subscription Plan" window, click the "Cancel My Plan" button in the top right corner.

Review what will be removed

A summary screen shows what will be lost (clients, content, add-ons, popups, sticky bars, professional features). Click "Continue" to proceed.

Complete exit survey

Fill in the feedback/exit survey form with your reason for cancelling. Based on your answer and account age, you may be offered a consultation call with the sales team (especially if under 90 days old).

Confirm cancellation

Click "Cancel My Plan" a second time to confirm. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
