Locate your Order Form
Find your original Drift/Salesloft Order Form or Activation Link (sent at signup). It contains your exact renewal date and the contractual notice address required for cancellation.
Check your renewal date
Identify your subscription renewal date from the Order Form or by contacting your Customer Success Manager (CSM). Written notice must be submitted at least 30 days before this date to prevent auto-renewal.
Send written non-renewal notice
Send a formal written email to your CSM/account executive and the notice address listed in your Order Form stating your intent not to renew. Include your company name, Order Form number, and renewal date. Subject line example: 'Notice of Non-Renewal — [Your Company] Drift Subscription'.
Request written confirmation
Ask the Salesloft/Drift team to confirm receipt of your non-renewal notice in writing. Follow up within 48–72 hours if you do not receive acknowledgment.
Request a data export
Before your current term ends, contact support at help.salesloft.com or your CSM to request an export of all your data (conversations, contacts, analytics) as the platform does not have a publicly documented self-service export tool.
Verify billing stops
Confirm no charges appear after your contract end date. Given documented user complaints about continued billing post-cancellation, monitor your payment method and escalate via salesloft.com/contact-us if charged after the term ends.
