Go to account.adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID
Manage Plans
Click Plans & Payment, then Manage plan
Cancel Plan
Click Cancel your plan. Adobe will present multiple retention offers
Select Reason
Choose a cancellation reason from the dropdown list
Decline Offers
Adobe will offer discounts (up to 60% off), free months, or plan switches. Decline each offer
Accept Early Termination Fee
If on an annual plan, you may owe an early termination fee (50% of remaining months). Review and confirm
Confirm Cancellation
