Log into your account
If you have a legacy standalone Clearbit account, go to app.clearbit.com and log in. If your Clearbit access is through HubSpot (Breeze Intelligence), go to app.hubspot.com and log in instead.
Check your billing details (legacy Clearbit)
In the left sidebar, click 'Settings', then select the 'Billing and Invoices' tab. Note your current plan, renewal date, and payment details — you'll need these when contacting support.
Email support to cancel (legacy Clearbit)
Send a cancellation request to support@clearbit.com. Include your account email address, company name, plan name, last 4 digits of the card on file, and a request for written confirmation of cancellation. There is no self-service cancel button — email is the only method.
Cancel via HubSpot Account & Billing (Breeze Intelligence users)
If using Clearbit via HubSpot, click your account name in the top-right corner of app.hubspot.com and select 'Account & Billing'. Click the 'Subscriptions' tab, then in the 'Auto-renewal terms' section click 'Cancel auto-renewal'.
Select products and reason
Select the products you want to cancel (including Breeze Intelligence / HubSpot Credits add-ons). Review the list of features that will be affected, then select a cancellation reason from the dropdown menu.
Confirm cancellation
Click 'Next', review the cancellation summary, then click 'Cancel auto-renewal' to confirm. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Request data deletion (optional)
To delete your data, email support@clearbit.com or submit a Privacy Request Form via Clearbit's Trust Center. All customer data is deleted within 30 days after contract termination.
