Understand what you're canceling

MLflow (mlflow.org) is 100% open-source and free — there is no MLflow subscription to cancel. If you are using Databricks Managed MLflow, you need to cancel your Databricks platform subscription. The cancellation process varies by cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Back up your data

On AWS, the warning reads: 'Cancelling your Databricks plan is permanent and terminates your relationship with Databricks. You cannot reactivate a cancelled Databricks plan.'

Contact support if on enterprise contract or Azure

If you signed an enterprise contract with Databricks, self-serve cancellation is not available — contact your Databricks account team directly. For Azure, cancel the Azure subscription via portal.azure.com under 'Subscriptions' > your subscription > 'Cancel subscription'.
