Sign in to Perplexity
Go to https://www.perplexity.ai and sign in to your account if not already logged in.
Open your profile menu
Click your profile icon or avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar (desktop) or top-right corner (mobile web).
Go to Settings
Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu that appears after clicking your profile icon.
Locate the Subscription section
Scroll down within Settings to find the 'Subscription' section listed under 'Perplexity Pro'.
Click 'Manage Subscription'
Click the 'Manage Subscription' button. This redirects you to the Stripe billing portal showing your current plan details.
Click 'Cancel subscription'
On the Stripe billing portal page, click the 'Cancel subscription' or 'Cancel plan' link/button.
Review cancellation details
Perplexity displays information about when your Pro access will end (the last day of your current billing period) and which Pro features you will lose. Review this screen carefully.
Confirm cancellation
Click the final confirmation button (labeled 'Confirm cancellation' or 'Cancel subscription') to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation email.
