Go to dashboard.scale.com and sign in to your account.
Check for active tasks
Review your active tasks and ensure no pending work is in progress. Since Scale AI uses consumption-based billing, stopping task submissions effectively stops new charges.
Export any data you need
Download or export any datasets, results, or project data before requesting cancellation. Access is terminated once the account is closed and Scale AI does not guarantee post-cancellation data retention.
Send cancellation email to support
Email support@scale.com with subject 'Account Termination Request'. State clearly: 'I wish to terminate my Scale AI account and end all access to Scale's services.' Include your account email and any relevant account/project IDs.
Await confirmation from support team
Support operates Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (excluding major US holidays). Expect a reply on the next business day. Wait for written confirmation that your account has been terminated.
